When we pick you up at the airport, €6 is added for parking and the waiting time included. Beauvais is outside the Île-de-France region, so that trip is charged per kilometre like our other long-distance rides (minimum 50 km).
- Airport and train station transfers, and every long-distance trip: the price shown is a fixed price. It is what you pay, tolls included, as long as the trip stays the same (no extra stop, no waiting beyond the time included).
- Other rides within Paris and the Île-de-France region: the online price is an estimate from our rate card. We confirm the final amount within 15 minutes, before the ride, and it does not change afterwards.
- Night rides (22:00 to 6:00) cost 20% more, Sundays and French public holidays 15% more. Cross-border trips have no night or Sunday surcharge.
- Pay the driver by card or cash at the end of the ride. Long-distance trips need a 30% deposit, refunded if you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup.
How the pickup works
The driver tracks your flight and adjusts to the real landing time. Waiting is included up to 45 minutes after actual landing, which usually covers passport control and baggage claim. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign and walks you to the car.
The day before your ride, you get a text message with the driver's first name, the car model and its number plate.
Roissy-CDG has three terminals spread over a large site, and Terminal 2 is split into halls 2A to 2G. Tell us your terminal and hall if you know them. Orly has four halls (Orly 1 to 4) under one roof. Beauvais is used mostly by low-cost airlines and sits about 85 km north of Paris.

What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We follow the actual landing time, and the waiting time included starts from there.
How early should I leave for the airport?
From central Paris, allow about 45 minutes to Roissy-CDG and 35 minutes to Orly outside rush hours. Between 7:00 and 9:30 and between 17:00 and 19:30 the trip can take much longer, so we suggest a pickup time when you book.
Can I book a child seat?
Yes. Ask for it in the booking form and tell us the child's age so we bring the right seat.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 2 hours before pickup. For a ride sooner than that, call us.
